Shipping conditions
We ship throughout Germany with DHL. If you are absent, unable to receive your order or have not received your wine 3 days after our shipping confirmation, please notify us by email. We can then use the consignment number to tell you where DHL has deposited your wine or why the goods have not yet reached you. Sometimes the wine is not delivered despite your presence, but is deposited by DHL directly with neighbours or a pick-up station near you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, we have no control over how DHL processes shipments.
We collect our online orders and ship them once a week. This way we can better coordinate the processing of the orders. Shipping costs are waived for orders of €240 or more. For larger order quantities (48 bottles or more), please contact us personally by email. We will then arrange a delivery date with a forwarding agent.
If the wine is returned to us, we unfortunately have to charge you for it. As we use Maschinenring dispatch notes, these will be charged with a return fee of € 10.12 on return. We are a small wine producer and cannot compensate for such costs with large quantities, we ask for your understanding.
